Maintenance Contracts:
If, like many modern businesses, you are heavily dependent on your network and computer systems for your day-to-day operations, you may be interested in one of our maintenance contract options:
We provide a service agreement that guarantees fast, reliable & professional assistance if and when things go wrong with your critical I.T. systems and infrastructure. Under the maintenance agreement, we deliver a 4 hour emergency response to critical issues and an 8-hour response for all other issues.
Options:
Full Maintenance Contract – we provide you with full cover (during office hours) of your IT network and equipment for 12 months. If you have any issue with you IT during that time, you simply call us and we will fix it for you. It’s that simple!
Block Booking Contract – this contract offers you a little more flexibility – basically you buy a “block” of engineering time from us and whenever you need our services we deduct the time spent to resolve any issue from the time purchased. Time is deducted in 15 minute intervals and the contract lasts for 12 months or until the time has expired. Prices start at just €950 +VAT!
Resource Agreement Contract – this is where you require an Engineer onsite for a fixed time every month for a 12 month period. This contract therefore provides a high level of preventative maintenance and peace of mind.
24/7 Technical Support:
We recognise that some businesses don’t necessarily work within “normal” office hours. In fact we support businesses such as Hotels and Radio Stations – so we offer a 24/7 cover to such clients. If you’re interested in such a contract – please contact us on 056 7786882.
IT Outsourcing:
We offer a “one-stop-shop” service to clients who employ us as their IT Solutions Provider. We act as their fully outsourced IT Department and in doing so allow you (our client) to concentrate on running your business and focusing on what’s important to you. We don’t only provide technical expertise to businesses that don’t have any IT Department as we can also act as a backup to any internal IT department – working with them to ensure that projects are completed on time and that the computer network provides the services to the business that it requires.
