Gavin is a graduate of the Dublin Institute of Technology and has over 10 years experience in the IT industry having worked with the Intel Corporation, Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art Design & Technology, Reckitt & Colman (Australia) and as the IT Manager of the Campion Insurance Group. Gavin originally hails from Aughrim in Co. Wicklow but made Kilkenny his home in 2001, the same year that he setup Business IT Solutions.

Position : I.T. Service Technician
David is responsible for providing first rate technical assistance to our broad client base. Whether through scheduled site visits, on demand call outs or remote assistance, David ensures that all onsite calls are dealt with efficiently and effectively and that client Service Level Agreement's are adhered to. David holds a National Certificate in Computing, National Diploma in Computer Systems Management and recently completed a Microsoft Small Business Server Specialist Course.

John Paul is the first point of contact for all clients seeking technical support. He is responsible for logging and evaluating all calls recieved from our client base. Coming from a strong back ground in front line support, John Paul can resolve the majority of calls remotely or escalate them to the next level of support where appropriate. John Paul holds a National Certificate in I.T Support and a National Diploma in Computer Systems Management.

Joanne Bergin
Position : Accounts & IT Services Administrator
Joanne joined BITS in September 2008 and is the first point of contact for all accounting and IT Service queries for BITS. She is responsible for the company’s daily accounts and also controls all stock ordering into and out of the business while at the same time managing client queries as effectively and efficiently as possible. Joanne has recently returned to her native Kilkenny after working for Irish Life & Permanent as a member of the Group IT ATM Control division. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Computer Information Technology Management.
