At any time, you can contact us direct to resolve any issue you’re experiencing - be it large or small. All of the calls that come into us are logged via telephone or email into our Call Logging System we provide our clients with the required support to fix any problems as fast as possible. This is a service open to all BITS clients, but our Contract Clients do receive precedence over non-contract clients. At BITS, our telephones are manned by a dedicated technical representative at all times.
